Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions ("Agreement"), the terms "Company," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Goodwork Productions, LLC. The terms "Client," "you," and "your" refer to the individual or entity that engages with our services.

Services Offered

Goodwork Productions, LLC ("Company") operates as an in-house production company specializing in video production, casting services, and comprehensive pre and post-production services. Our services encompass the creation of music videos, commercials, films, television programs, and live event productions. We provide extensive casting services covering theatrical, commercial, industrial, modeling, voiceover, and specialized casting needs.

Ownership Rights

Upon full payment and unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement, clients retain ownership of the intellectual property created specifically for their projects by Goodwork Productions, LLC. Goodwork Productions, LLC reserves the right to showcase completed work for promotional purposes unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.

Payment and Pricing

a. Payment Methods: Clients have the option to make payments via Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Automated Clearing House (ACH) transfers, Wire Transfers, and Zelle transfers.

b. Pricing Structure: The cost of our services is determined on a case-by-case basis, considering the unique requirements and complexities of each project. Clients are encouraged to consult with our team to receive a detailed and accurate quote tailored to their project needs.

c. Additional Fees: Clients opting to pay via credit or debit cards will incur an additional fee of 4.5% of the total payment amount to cover credit card processing expenses.

Consultation Process

a. Initiation of Client Request: Clients initiate service requests by contacting our team through our website, email, or phone. We provide initial consultations to assess project requirements and discuss service options.

b. Quotation and Agreement: Following the consultation, we provide clients with a detailed quotation outlining project scope, deliverables, timelines, and costs. Clients are required to review and approve the quotation before commencement of services.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

a. Cancellation: Once an agreement is signed, clients are liable for at least 50% of the contract price, which is nonrefundable. Cancellation fees may apply depending on the stage of the project and expenses incurred by Goodwork Productions, LLC.

b. Refunds: Goodwork Productions, LLC does not issue refunds once an agreement is signed. Clients may be eligible for a partial refund based on the work completed and expenses incurred up to the cancellation date, as outlined in the project agreement.

c. Late Cancellations: For productions or casting canceled 72 hours or less before the scheduled start time, the full fee is owed regardless of circumstances. This policy ensures compensation for preparation and resources allocated for the project.

Client Responsibilities

a. Cooperation: Clients are responsible for providing necessary cooperation, materials, and approvals essential for the timely completion of services as outlined in the project agreement.

b. Feedback and Revisions: Clients are encouraged to provide timely feedback and approvals during the project timeline. Revisions and alterations requested beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges.

Limitation of Liability

a. Indemnification: Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Goodwork Productions, LLC, its employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, and expenses arising from the use of our services or violation of these Terms and Conditions.

Modification of Terms

a. Updates: Goodwork Productions, LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be effective upon posting on our website. Clients are encouraged to review these terms periodically for changes.

Governing Law

a. Jurisdiction: These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of California.
